I was at a school rally yesterday and I was very shocked how the upperclassmen were acting. So I have decided that I am going to try to help Chance put a stop to all of the harassment. Chance and I are attempting to stop acts of bullying, whether they are malicious or not, from happening. We believe that it is in the best interest of the school, and all of the students, staff, and parents involved.
Every time I bring the subject up at school, most people reply "Chance is being so stupid, he is trying to take away the Senior's parking spaces." In order to clear this up here is a section from one of his posts.
"I have no desire of taking away the rallies, Prom, parking spots, or other activities or privileges. I want those privileges when I am a Senior. All I am asking is that the bullying, whether a joke or not, stop.
I have much respect for Mr. Mayer and Mr. Gentry, as they have been very helpful in making this happen. If the Seniors lose their privileges, it will be because of the seniors' actions."
Those of you who insist on standing up for the bullies need to understand what it feels like to be bullied, and harassed.
